1.0   Executive Summary

Children with disabilities and their family often struggle in all areas of life. Parents must be full time nurses, earn enough money to pay living expenses and medical bills and still try to support the children emotionally. Parents become overworked and underpaid, buried in medical bills and unable to dream or hope for anything better. The children also struggle to find the emotional support they need as they attempt to survive in a fast paced society. Field Of Dreams HOPE Ranch & Education Inc. will help children with a disability by providing high levels of energy and support for five days at a beautiful ranch facility. This will infuse them with the emotional support they need while allowing the parents to take a break and recharge. The HOPE is to provide Health, Opportunity, Prestige and Education to children who otherwise may never have the opportunity to feel a sense of pride and accomplishment.

1.1     Five Year Goals and Objectives

·        40 to 60 disabled children being educated weekly at Field of Dreams HOPE Ranch  

·        Training established for future child attendants and coaches

·        Established and successful mentoring program from adults with disabilities

Field Of Dreams HOPE Ranch & Education, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) registered tax-exempt non-profit dedicated to improving the quality of life for children with a disability through participation in hands-on professional education workshops, activities and nature programs.
